Cherry Blossom:
When Mrs. Jenkins assigns a Spring project, everyone happily picks out the things they want to do. Yoko decides that she wants to grow a plant from a seed and happily accepts some cherry blossom seeds from her mother. She plants the seeds and gives them lots of care, waiting patiently for the day when her plant sprouts. But as others finish their projects ahead of her, she begins to despair that her cherry tree may never grew.
